Cooper-Atlanta Transportation Services Inc. now has a third metro office, after buying International Limousine and Shuttle Service for an undisclosed amount. With the acquisition, Cooper-Atlanta gains a downtown presence at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel on Courtland Street. The luxury chauffeured transportation provider has headquarters in North Atlanta and a Southside location near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
